Vittarthaa has domain experts who have a deep understanding of protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions. The knowledge base is to model biological pathways and construct networks to understand various interactions, and cross-talks between disease-specific pathways. Primarily, mine data, curate and analyse the networks to study the complex biological systems. All of these are presented as reports that are used for real-time experiments for discovery programs.
